Such a shame! Beautiful hotel. Extraordinary staff that go above and beyond!! However do not get a room on the second floor facing the parking lot, the music is absolutely ridiculous. There are speakers everywhere outside- so if you want to leave your room and escape the the music- you can’t because the music is played everywhere. Comes on at 8am- and goes nonstop till 10pm. it’s so very annoying. Not relaxing at all. I can’t wait to check out of here.

Wow, what a great stay at The Drey Hotel! It was our first time at this hotel and we will definitely plan a return stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, regardless of who was there, then the hotel and the room were immaculate! The location of the hotel is part of a development called The Village Dallas with restaurants, coffee shop, awesome fitness center, health spa, not to mention the outdoor activities including swimming, walking, pickleball courts, and much more. The entire development including hotel were top shelf. We will be back!

The hotel is nice. The room was a bit funky in that there was a window into the shower, which is really bad if you want to have a family stay. At least we found the switch for the blinds, but they are not blackout. There was a smell of gas on the first floor. Parking is free and a.short walk.

The hotel is very nicely apportioned and in a great location. The service was very good.
Where the hotel fell a little short was in its bathroom: The light/curtain switch locations were an odd choice and in my room at least the shower/sink water pressure was underwhelming. The bathroom looked impressive on the surface but I found myself frustrated with its layout and utility

If we are ever in this area again, we will be back! The hotel is amazing and the community it's in was so nice! Parking is a bit tight when you're in a big truck but the Valet was wonderful and well worth it. All the staff was amazing, very helpful and informative, very kind. There's a few restaurants within walking distance, I booked a salon appointment and got my hair cut while waiting for my husband; it's just a nice little off-the-beaten-path kind of place all around. 10/10 recommend

I recently stayed at the Drey Hotel for a business conference and had a delightful experience. The boutique charm combined with resort-style amenities created a unique and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, including a fitness center, a variety of dining options, and even pet grooming services. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. While everything was wonderful, the parking situation could be improved.

My husband stayed in one of their lofts for a recent business trip and thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants . In a quiet, safe area. Very luxurious, modern, clean and upscale accommodations and he said the service was top notch.

2023 August, we stayed for about 1 week
At their Loft. We liked it a lot. No housekeeping coming everyday , only upon request, was a great plus for us, we never liked house keeping coming in everyday.
So this time around, we stayed for 2 Weeks.
Loft is still great, but parking spaces become such a challenge every day when we come back. I hope the management team can hear the voice of hotel guests. Parking spaces in Front of the loft should be reserved for hotel guests. The pickle ball people don’t pay you $4000-$5000 to stay at your loft, but they are pretty much the ones take up the parking from 8 AM to 10 PM. We stayed at your loft for 2 weeks, need to buy drinks and water with two kids, but always have to walk far away to find parking can carry water and heavy stuff from far away because all parking spaces were taken by the pickle ball players. Weekend is even worse with swimming pool parties, there are no parking spaces, so if we leave to go somewhere on the weekend ( starting Friday), then we will have no parking coming back, Those pool party people are worse than the pickle ball players, some of them drive really fast and many close calls of getting hit by them. We will be visiting Dallas again and staying for 2-3 weeks minimum, in2025, And I sincerely hope you would take action and reserve parking spaces in front of the Loft for hotel loft guests. That would be the biggest problem we faced This time around. Thanks
