Beautiful hotel and room and views! Troy took such good care of us and made sure we knew everything going on during our stay! He went above and beyond! He remembered our names and took the time to suggest things that we ended up loving! The entire valet team was amazing and couldn't have had a better experience driving in and out! Would stay here again for the hospitality and the amazing team members!

I love staying at this hotel! I love the interior design, the cleanliness and the vanity and the rainfall shower. This is my second time staying and with the staycation rate - even though it’s a little expensive, I enjoy my experience here. I feel safe as a woman traveling alone or with other women. The only negative is that I’ve had mixed experiences at the bar or it was closed. The location is great, and so are the amenities, and the valet service is impeccable (big thanks to Robert!).

One of my favorite part of my Staycation was in the coffee shop where the 2 sweetest baristas were so engaging and fun! I ordered the “funny” coffee where they ask you a series of questions and build you a drink! It was super cool and we talked as if we were friends from way back lol. I love places where they love their job, know their menu and give great customer service!!

Super nice hotel. Well themed. Nice rain shower and very good food and drinks. My Erin was very comfortable and clean. Well located near downtown. They have a suburban to drive you around close by. Get for romantic get away or a business trip.

I love Virgin Hotels. They offer a level of style, sophistication, and uniqueness that’s unmatched by its competitors. Anytime I go to a city that has a Virgin in it, it’s my go to stay!

I’ve been lucky to get really nice greeting gifts - and even vouchers for free drinks - upon my stay at other locations, so that was the expectation upon arrival. I didn’t get anything and was a little disappointed. Otherwise, the rooms was very well designed and spacious, with the best overhead shower you can ask for.

I only wish the bathroom tiles were a bit cleaner, because there were some debris that came up, but otherwise, I would highly recommend and stay again!

Who says the U.S. lacks stylishly designed hotels? They exist, but most are located in major cities and come with a high price tag. However, the hotel I stayed at this time can be called a gem in the desert. It might look unassuming from the outside, and the location isn’t exactly ideal, but surprisingly, the room design perfectly suited my taste—both fancy and chill. Virgin Group truly excels in design!

Entering the room, there’s an air of mystery and excitement, as if stepping into another world. There’s even a sliding door separating the bedroom from the bathroom and entryway, and this entrance area alone is beautifully designed! The wooden decor creates a relaxing vibe, not to mention the bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms, with warm, yellow lighting that gives the whole place a cozy, homey feel.

Pulling open the wooden door, I couldn’t help but gasp in delight—directly in view was Dallas’s landmark, Reunion Tower. This might be the most stunning view of Dallas I’ve seen from a hotel! While the Hyatt Regency Dallas next to Reunion Tower is also nice, it lacks the view of the tower itself, which is a bit disappointing. If you want a panoramic view of Dallas along with the tower, this is undoubtedly the best choice!

This hotel is a trendy boutique-style property with a distinctive design and an intimate setting. I love the use of red throughout; it adds a charming touch. It's quaint in many ways, which I really appreciate--it's not overly large or crowded. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Our stay at Virgin Hotel was simply amazing! My husband and I stayed for a short get away to celebrate his birthday, and we loved it! We were greeted by friendly staff and a clean, spacious room. It had all the amenities we needed. The brunch from the Common Ground restaurant was excellent. We had so much fun and we’ll be staying again in the future!
