We were given a large ; clean room (double bed), the restaurant had nice food, and the service was great. But they only had one restaurant and no events for Diwali. The agent we booked our tour with, and the people who showed us around the haveli, did not tell us there was a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi; they were not in operation. It's certainly not a bad place but apart from swimming there's not much to do!

Very good property, better than the pictures suggests, location is very convenient, right off the main tonk road. Food is very tasty. Best thing is the service. Staff is so helpful and ready to go an extra mile to meet your needs. We love our stay here. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Prajapat, housekeeping manager, was extremely helpful with accommodating our needs. Such a lovely place. Will definitely come back.

I have visited this hotel thrice and this time it was the bestest ever. We happened to celebrate our anniversary here . The hotel housekeeping supervisor mr. Rajendra kumar welcomed us with such nice decoration of balloons and flowers that it was a treat to our eyes and kids. The housekeeping manager Mr. Mohan and mr. Akash joshi manged everything fr us so well in coordinating with his team.They even gave us a nice cake which our kids enjoyed alot. The front desk manager Mr. Stayanarayan was generous enough that he even allowed us a late checkout without any hassle as my twin kids were sleeping. |The property is huge with beautiful gardens ( so well kept) |The pool was very clean with friendly staff. The electric car ride was absolutely fun fr my kids. Breakfast was amazing in taste and presentation. They have a great hospitality towards guests and kids. Awesome experience. Must musr visit wd family. I wana especially thank Mr. Kapil who actually helped and encouraged me to book this stay here in this property. He even gave me a complimentary high tea. Thank you the whole team for a funtastic experience. I promise to visit this place again

We were in India for a wedding and traveled around to see all the sights. Our stay here in Jaipur was beautiful. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, which provided a quiet, peaceful stay. The food was amazing and the staff so helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

Great location, beautiful lawns - well manicured. Courteous staff all around. Restaurant staff needs some training in serving and guidance on dishes.
Rahul was helpful in guiding us around the spa and explained everything thoroughly.
Great stay for individuals and families alike.
