Had a wonderful time... Quite and scenic resort. Spacious rooms. Helpful and courtious staff. We were able to unwind and relax very well. Going back rejuvenated now... Shanti in the restaurant took good care of us. Recommend this place to anyone who wishes to unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Pros : Room was spacious as was the balcony facing a small lagoon and mountains. Has good amount of open areas to walk and explore. Staff was courteous. |Ample parking |Cons: The property could do with some refurbishment. Hygiene and food can improve as well. Wifi was slow at times.

The resort is good but aging. It needs some serious maintenance on rooms and lift.
It is time to buy some new towels as they have turned sandpaper now !

The rooms are spacious. The wash room fixtures need new ones.
For the price, the place doesn’t make justice.

Overall experience with the resort was good. We had a 2 night stay over the weekend and staff was very welcoming. Food was great and their in room service was also excellent. We booked lagoona suite and hence had perks of their complimentary package. Coming to the room. It was decent but too expensive for condition maintained. The doors were hard to close and had to push extra in terms to close them. Accessories in the room were also not maintained. AC was worst. There was no cooling for complete 2 nights and we had to struggle to sleep as the climate was humid. They really need to work on renovation as they charge bomb towards the room. Otherwise the connectivity and the ambience is 5/5.

Poorest service in an excellent hotel. The swimming pool was too dirty to even try. Ac not working properly. AC problem persisted even after changing the room. The buffet breakfast was average. In room dining food was below average with above average pricing. Kindly book the hotel online either in advance or even after reaching the hotel as the reception staff flatly refuses to give any deal or offer while the online websites offer a fabulous deal. Overall a good hotel, but definitely needs urgent improvement in maintenance and service.

Good resort. Very efficient and excellent service by Miss Shanti and all the staff. Very nice and delicious food, We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a pleasant experience. All staff were nice and courteous. Good activities in the resort.

The host Miss Shanti, executive , gave a great service. She is very cooperative and helpful. She was very good with the kids and arranged activities for them as well to keep them engaged. Food was good as well. It is a lovely ambience to spend time with friends and family. We will definitely visit again.
