Probably the most gorgeous setting for a hotel you can imagine. The grounds and actual hotel are stunning. The staff were helpful and pleasant, but still some things that could be better. We were unable to get anyone to answer our room phone to answer a question. There is also not enough parking when you take into consideration the hotel, spa, and restaurants. While not necessarily the hotel's fault, it is difficult to find any not fine/not expensive dining options in Woodstock (their two very expensive restaurants included). Maybe having more casual options would be helpful for visitors and guests.
Still, overall a great hotel with well appointed rooms. Worth a stay if you are traveling through.

Perfect stay. We spent a beautiful fall overnight at the Woodstock Inn and it couldn’t have been better. The Inn itself was gorgeous, and we enjoyed two meals there that were wonderful. The location made it easy to hike, bike, walk, and shop. The gym facility they offer access to was phenomenal and made it easy for us to shower after check out and a days full of activities. Highly recommend this Inn for a special getaway.

Ashley and the entire team at the Woodstock Inn absolutely hit it out of the park for two weddings we planned there this past summer! From start to finish, they were a joy to work with—highly professional, attentive, and dedicated to making every detail perfect.

The level of service was impeccable, from the early planning stages to the incredible hospitality on the wedding days. Everything looked absolutely gorgeous, and the events ran seamlessly, leaving our clients and their guests absolutely thrilled.

If you’re considering hosting your wedding or event at the Woodstock Inn, I can’t recommend it enough. The venue is stunning, the team is exceptional, and the overall experience is nothing short of extraordinary. I can’t wait to work with them again!

Perfection! My husband and I spend two nights at the Inn in October. The room, location, ambiance and restaurants were all five star. There are too many extras to list, from toasted marshmallows to fireplaces to high-quality bath products and beyond, all were exceptional!

Wonderful ambiance, great food and drinks, nice service and luxurious rooms. Toiletries are fantastic and the gift shop has lovely items. The highlight is the cozy lounging spaces, fireplace, and location (which is walkable to so many wonderful galleries and cute restaurants).

We liked the place and how it felt. We had a nice room and got to play Keegan Bradley's home course as a kid. They could not have been any friendlier at the golf course. And they could not have been any friendlier at the hotel. ||You are a bit captive for evening food when we went. They roll up the sidewalks off-season at about 5ish so you have to go get your extra's early. However, the food at the Inn was really well done. We have been all over the place in New England and this (BTW, blew away the food at the Chatham Bars i.e. best in the USA? Really?) was very good dinner and breakfast. We liked it a lot. (I am picky, very picky) ||Of all the places we have been to in NE, we put this at the top tier. I am a person who once had 60 rooms at the Mt Washington and 50 rooms at the Samoset and the Sagamore so we have been around.

We were so pleased and impressed by your beyond excellent customer service. We were very touched when we got to our room and found 2 notes, one for the grandma-to-be and one for the two moms-to-be in our party. I had only mentioned this briefly when we made our reservation 2 months earlier. In addition to the notes, we were gifted 2 baby Woodstock t-shirts and treated to champagne glasses with Prosecco for grandma and non-alcoholic ciders for the mamas! Lovely!
We had similarly wonderful service ( and food!) for breakfast at The Inn and dinner in the dining room. Our spa treatments were also terrific. While there was a slight mix-up for one of us, the spa staff more than made up for it. From arrival to literally departure, the staff was helpful and friendly. We all commented that we completely got the feeling there was no request that your staff would not try their best to accommodate. Can’t wait to return!
