BUYER BEWARE: We booked the “Relax it Up Package”. The package is to include “two one hour spa services” and “$40.00 resort credit”. We had our one hour spa service and tipped in cash separately.
We then went to restaurant at hotel and asked to have the $40.00 applied to our dinner tab. Restaurant had never heard of the resort credit and didn’t know how to apply to bill. They told us we had to visit the front desk.
At the front desk they acted very confused by the resort credit and finally said we should have received a coupon when we checked in- we didn’t. Upon request for additional information on our room charges , they informed us the spa had charged an additional $163.00 to our room for our one hour service which is clearly contrary to what was offered. This occurred on December 21, 2024. This “special” started JANUARY 1, 2024. All I can think of is the amount of money made at this “resort” based on these over charges and people simply not paying attention once they check out. Again, this is 12 months after this”special” was offered.

Tell me this “overcharge” isn’t intentional. There is no way this hasn’t been brought to their attention before.

On a separate note, this is no four star “resort”. It’s basically a Super 8 in the middle of no where with slots.

Rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds. Casino is big enough but very tight these days. The food is average. Ive eaten at 22 Vine and Robert's Buffet. It was for dinner Thursday night. Salad bar was good but the entrees not so much. I did vallet my car and wanted to mention this great kid who helped me. He took the bags out of the car for me and put them on a cart and rolled it in for me. He was there when I left the next day and helped me load the car. So friendly, helpful and respectful. Thank you Keenan! I hope your boss sees this and gives you a raise!

Yeny is an amazing host. She always takes special care of us. I will admit I am not easy to please and she operates with care and even texts me when she's not working which is rare for a VIP Host anywhere in the USA. First class service from the moment we arrive until we leave. She's the reason we keep coming back here. The rooms are amazing I suggest you book the grand master suite if you come. We won some jackpots as always. We ate some great food. We enjoyed the big beds and resting on our road trip as it's the first stop from MN to FL for us. Great pool kids love it. We will continue to come back. And of course always remember to tip your service workers they deserve it ! Thanks so much for everything once again Yeny wish we could take you all the over USA but they are lucky to have you here !

After midnight those little slots loosen up , the money is handmaid's paids by excited for you employees.
Food is amazing!
Players cards , in my opinion are worth every free thing they freely hand out:)

Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a shuttle service offered between Iowa City locations and other localities? To take Uber or a taxi is $50.00 one way. If you’re spending $100.00 for you trip there and back, what’s the fun in going? Your free play and money is already spent on the road trip!

Was a very fun time! I won a good amount. I will definitely go back there the next time i visit Iowa. Everyone was friendly and explained where everything was. It was clean and smelled good. I didn't eat there but everything looked amazing! I would recommend this casino as a place to visit.

Was extremely disappointed with our lost reservation with a room block for an event. We asked for a roll away but it never arrived. The queen mattresses were awful in many of our family members rooms. Practically folded in the middle. The guest service attendant was rude. Very loud on the 1st floor. The major weird issue is no privacy in the bathroom because of a strange curtain
