Super comfortable rooms. The beds were comfy. The only 2 issues was that they are high so you have to climb into bed and the pillows are those super squishy kind so if you like firmer pillows bring your own. Besides that everything else was so nice. There was a lot of space to spread out. The TV was nice size. The bathroom was really nice. I liked how the nob to turn it on was opposite the sprayer so your arm doesn't get soaked. It does have soap, conditioner, and body wash in it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They do have a small store with basic goods and food to buy. They have a restaurant but I didn't partake from it so I can't give reviews on that.

Location wise it's perfect because it's right there next to the airport. Also it's about a 20-30 min drive to get to Pier park for restaurants and entertainment.

I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on flying out of PCB

We had a great Anniversary Celebration Stay, great service, clean rooms, location near airport and 20 minutes from beach .
The staff gave us recommendations to places to go and restaurants to eat to include happy hour at hotel.
They gave us a card with a complementary breakfast for our anniversary.
Super special, thank you for all the details and attention.

Staff is SUPER friendly!!

Rooms were spacious and the walk in shower- AMAZING.

The restaurant is so good! There seemed to be only 1 waitress, bless her heart! She was super sweet! I did wait 20 mins after my party of 6 got their food, to receive mine, but it was still good!

The hotel had games in the lobby people could play.

The pool had a fire pit and a big connect 4 game for people to play. There is a pond behind the pool and we loved hearing the frogs when it got dark.

Our overall stay was GREAT. Only down side was having to drive 20 plus mins to get to any other restaurants. We didn't mind it.

Excellent Venue for Our Company Event!

I recently attended a company event at Hilton Garden Inn, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our event was perfect.

Venue and Facilities:
The hotel’s conference facilities are top-notch. The meeting rooms were spacious, well-equipped with the latest technology, and perfectly set up to accommodate our needs. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which is essential for a business event. The breakout rooms were also very convenient for smaller group discussions.

Accommodations:
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and a well-stocked minibar. The view from my room was stunning, adding a nice touch to the stay.

Service:
The staff at Hilton Garden Inn deserve special mention. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. From the front desk to the event coordinators, everyone made sure we had everything we needed. Any requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Andy, Darrell, Melanie, Stephanie, Leanna, Katelyn, and Original were the BEST!!!

Aaron at the front desk was not helpful. It was 1a.m. I was traveling for work when I arrived. I booked room with my honors rewards # online. He didn't let me check in with my business work card. I had proof and authorization. I travel all over the country and have done this many times before never been hassled like Aaron did to me. He needs to relax. Other than that the other lady at front desk was more helpful. If you have to deal with Aaron I'm sorry. I myself was nice and patient with him. Beware of him. If you see him at front desk wait for someone else to help you.

Walked in to get a room. No reservation. So clean. Way better than the $2k biz suite in Chattanooga. My god this place is nice, clean, quiet, professional, across the parking lot from airport with amazing amenities. If you want to hit the beach it’s about 20 ish minutes south.

The hotel staff is all really friendly. The place is clean. I have stayed the last two weeks in the Residence Inn at Pier Park. The rooms are a lot nicer, full kitchen and a couch for ~$100 less on the night with free breakfast and well, there are things to do right there on the beach! Here, the room is your basic $260(!) a night stay with a King bed and high back chair. The bathroom is nice I suppose. There is a mini fridge and coffee maker for use or 24-hour coffee in the lobby. The $14 breakfast is not terrible, but nothing special either. There is nothing but the airport here and looking at the map, nothing for 3 miles or so. It will work while the airline sorts my flights and there is not another room available in PCB, but I’ll never choose to stay here again.

Most of the employees we encountered were excellent. One breakfast server kind of spoiled the whole hotel experience for us by never bringing coffee and generally moving slowly.
This may be a personal problem, but I did not appreciate the restaurant-like feel/setup of the breakfast buffet. It was needlessly time-consuming and unpredictable, which seems like an odd choice for a hotel right by the airport.
