Massively impressed by our stay here. Unbelievably better quality rooms vs Beach Club where we stayed last time. 1 bedroom suite is super spacious - both pull down beds were excellent, kitchen and bathroom both fantastic. Skylines access to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios is awesome. Definitely my top pick for Disney hotels now.

Excellent hotel all around, I've stayed twice and will return. This hotel excels in theme, grounds maintenance, room quality, food quality, and proximity to the Skyliner and Disney Springs. I'm so impressed with this hotel that where it's lacking is of no concern. Some things to point out - It could be the top hotel in the Disney World lineup if they added a few more amenities; more dining and/or cocktail lounges, more retail, a spa. The hotel could seriously improve their pool side service and check in service. In 2023 and 2024 we noticed that the pool side service was very poor; the servers are excellent, there are just too few (1) serving two separate pool areas. Also, both years, we waited an hour or more after the designated check in time of 4pm; not the biggest concern. They market this hotel 4 stars, so that level of service is expected. Service in every other category is tops; front desk, housekeeping, managers, everyone is very approachable and professional.

Fantastic experience, and incredibly safe and reassuring during Hurricane Milton. They did so well with activities for kids and character visits when the parks were closed.
Beautiful rooms and very luxurious, but amenities were slightly limited.

Probably better for couples (like us) than families with kids.

We absolutely loved Riviera Resort. Everything at the hotel is within a decent walking distance . Great views of Caribbean Beach Resort. Restaurants are good and quick. We needed extra blankets and things for our room and they came quickly to bring them. The little store there has an amazing variety of snacks and drinks for your room for the kiddos. Pool area is clean and fun.

The staff were amazing. Despite crippling anxiety and hoping to not seem like “that person” I asked for a better room despite not being pleased with the location of the room I first received. Samantha and I believe Emily or Katy kindly helped and was able to find the same room on a higher floor. That was really nice because we were celebrating 4 days at the resort for my niece 20th bday! Thanks again ladies I appreciate you, you were apart of making my family stay there worth it!

After my first stay here, we fell in lobe with the amenities and location. Rooms were perfect, with lots of space and fairly quiet. Bathrooms were impressive, with 2 showers and sliding doors that were easy to operate. Food and snacks were easy to find and the pool areas were never overwhelming.
