Il b&b si trova in posizione fantastica per visitare Noto a piedi e molto comoda per le escursioni in zona. Sottolineiamo la spaziosità e la pulizia delle camere nonché l'arredamento molto bello. La terrazza è il luogo ideale per iniziare la giornata nel modo migliore! Colazione abbondante e buonissima. Abbiamo gustato i dolci tipici e apprezzato moltissimo le marmellate di arancia e mandarino! Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Adele sempre disponibile e gentile ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ha reso veramente piacevole il nostro soggiorno in Sicilia. Consigliatissimo !

Struttura situata in posizione eccellente, vicinissimo al centro storico del paese. B&B molto carino con stanze pulitissime e servizio ottimo. La colazione tipica con i prodotti del luogo molto buona. La proprietaria Anita è stata una persona squisita e disponibile ad ogni qualsiasi chiarimento. Lo consiglio.

We stayed in 2 one week in august.

Negative points:
1. The Room: pillows are too bad quality (like with rolls of cotton inside), so uncomfortable to sleep

2. Bathroom is dark, no sufficient natural light

3. The room lights are turned on only if you put the small key in the wall, so no lights, no AC, no electricity for charging works without it, but its linked to the door key so its useless.

4. If you are two friends (but even if you are a couple) take in consideration that you will not get any second key (there are three to the building door, b&b door and room, also small for the lights and they are linked all and welded!) If you have different needs you cannot get out or in alone, only always with other person.

5. Dont expect your towels to be changed more often than in 3 days, there are strange rules in the room that we didnt know in advance. They will charge you if you want it more often.

6. It is written in the rules that smoking inside is forbidden but the host smokes right in your face during the breakfast and for those who cannot stand it or have astma or allergy like me, it is unbearable.

7. There is no safe box, no fridge in the room, nothing to make tea in the evening. As for the dryer for wet clothes outside we had to ask..

8. Breakfast is quite poor, not for everyone. There are varieties of the cakes only, no veggies, only some melon and watermelon...as per picture.

9. Zero privacy in the rooms, you will hear in the morning at 6am other people talk loud with host, shut the doors and so on, everybody will hear what you do or say in the room.

10. There is a big closet but with very few hangers and nothing more as amenities, the shower gel very small ones is the only thing you get, no cotton pads or else. 11. No elevator in the building and two floors of stairs so this place is not suitable for disabled, old people, people with any difficulties to take heavy things or luggage up the stairs.

Positive points:
1. The view from the balcony on the city of Noto.

2. It is quite close to the city center by walk 10 minutes, so who wants to see Noto its fine for 1-2 days.

3. There is always some parking space in the road under, so its comfortable.

4. Upon request you can have a dryer for your wet swimming suites at the balcony.

5. At breakfast if you ask the host has also milk without lactose and can make a sunny side up or scrumbled eggs.

6. Who eats pastry the brioches and cakes are good.

7. The room is quite bright, but only the room. The bathroom has bidet.

Be careful, owners of this b&b can make your vacation hell.
Owners are girl and her father. Girl will meet you in skirt so short, that you can see all what is under, so you will see this every breakfast, if you are man, maybe will like, but i would prefer dont see this demonstration.
They will tell you, that you are in their home and must follow their rules which you will know on arrive. For example, it is forbidden to smoke in b&b, for you, but not for them! So in all b&b there is smell of smoke and they will smoke on next table near you on breakfast.
We stayed 2 people and asked 2 keys, for example till my friend is in shower i would like go out to supermarket, or in evening we can go out in different time. Owners doesnt want give second key, so we had problem. In one evening we went out separately and my friend found key in door. It was night, so she took it for nobody from street could enter to bb. In morning i went first to breakfast (alone) and owners screamed on me that “i am b*tch, that i stolled their key”. Yes, true they screamed with this words. After came my friend and gave them key. As we went out separately, i even didnt know she took it.
Next evening friend was in shower and i wanted go out. Door down was closed by key. I asked girl owner open the door as i havent key, she said - no. And she was in BB. So my friend should go out from shower, come with me down 3 floors to open door.
As owners screamed all time, my friend was afraid of them and asked not enter to our room, so not clean it in last 2 days, but we asked give us shower gel and toilet paper (its no need to enter room, give to us), but girl answered, that we must buy it in supermarket. I had visit 53 countries and believe, it was 1st time i went buy toilet paper and its bb for 110 euro for night.
Other things - breakfast is well, BUT there are very few peaces of food - 2 peaces of chees, 4 peaces of watermelon and etc, so if there are people in other rooms and they came first, you will eat what they didnt take, owners didnt add food.
BB is on 3rd floor with very high stairs, so i dont recommend it for old people or people with children.
Noto centr is in 10-15 minutes walk little up, so for old people and with children again no.
Highly not recommend this crazy house.
