This resort is nice if you like peace and quiet. There is no entertainment. There aren’t any bars or restaurants on the property, so there’s nothing to eat or drink at this resort. You must drive to get food except for a restaurant and store near the property. Rooms are clean and spacious with a full kitchen, appliances, flatware, cookware, dishes, etc. There is no room service or room cleaning services. Although, you can get towels and toiletries, when needed. Rooms are stocked with these items. Staying here is more like having an apartment away from home. Pool and tennis courts are nice, but there is no gym. Beach is nice to sit and lay out on, but ocean is not really swimmable and has a rocky shoreline. If you just want R&R, this place may be for you.

My husband and I traveled to Caloosa Cove Resort to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were traveling with my service dog as well. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was tidy, clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony overlooking the gorgeous view of the ocean. The pool area is lovely and there is a nice beach in front of the pool. Caloosa Cove will definitely be our go to resort when we travel to the keys in the future. It is on the southern side of Islamorada which makes it convenient to head south to Marathon, however you will have to drive a bit North to where most of the restaurants and shopping is in Islamorada. It is right next to Anne's Beach which was great for a morning stroll.

Clean, quiet place. Nice sized units with everything you need. Large pool and typical "keys beach" area too. Founders park at MM87 offers free admission for Caloosa guests and has swimming beach area! Office staff very friendly and helpful. Note: office closes daily at 4, which was our listed check in time, but they should send you a lockbox code prior to that for self check in. Call before 4, if you don't get info or there is a night security person to help with late check ins until 10 pm.

This place was spotless! I am a complete neat freak and it did not disappoint. We wanted something right next to a marina so we could be close to our boat for the weekend. The marina is not cheap, but worth the price to have your lodging and marina beside each other. I did not have a chance to try the restaurant right next to us, but I will definitely give it a try on my next visit. The resort is quaint and has a Caribbean feel with a mom and pop spin to it. I loved the corn hole boards on the beach. I would Love to see an extra set added as we sometimes had to wait a while to play. I would 100% recommend this place my friends. We will be back!!

We booked a 7 day get away for our 37 wedding anniversary this week. We stayed Saturday, Sunday, and left on Monday due to hurricane Milton we were concerned with flooding & water surge. Portions of the parking lot was flooding just from the rain. I didn’t want our vehicle to get damaged. You never know which way the hurricane will turn.
So, I called today and spoke to the manager Carroll Walsh to see if we could possibly get a few days back and salvage our anniversary vacation to the Keys. She stated there is nothing I can do for you or will do for you. I told her my concerns, she said there was not an evaluation issued. So, I am suppose to wait for the last minute to leave? But, it was awful funny they were taking all chairs from the pool area and preparing for this hurricane. I do have pictures of the parking lot being flooded.
I am not recommending this resort.

This is our fifth summer coming to Caloosa, and it just keeps getting better! The units are fully redone with new flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms. The suites are clean and spacious and have everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. Max and Q in the office were very welcoming and made sure my family had everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to next year!

We stayed at the resort with our boat in the marina for 10 days. Everything was clean and well kept. All the staff at both the resort and marina were extremely friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back for another stay.
