My family of four visited Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St. Lucia at the end of November, and we had an absolutely phenomenal time! From the moment we arrived, the service blew us away—it was on par with what you’d expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Everyone, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, bartenders, waitstaff, and entertainers, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

The food was so flavorful—we loved every bite—and the variety kept things exciting throughout our trip. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

My husband and I chose coconut bay for our honeymoon because of the proximity to the airport, great reviews, and lower prices. Overall we had an amazing experience and we’d recommend coconut bay to people on a budget! We loved how welcoming everyone was and how relaxing the atmosphere was. It was a really cool feature that we got to stay on the adults only side of the resort, but be able to explore the whole resort! Also, the food and drinks were amazing! Some people didn’t love the airplanes, but I thought it was really cool to watch them leave the island! At max 5 planes would depart per day and they were not super loud. Some things we did not love was being on the Atlantic side of the island, but we did do the land and sea tour (highly recommended that tour) so we got to see the classic Caribbean Sea. Another thing was some events that they had did not have enough details, like location, written in the brochure.

Went for our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff is PHENOMENAL, so kind and attentive. Melika & Ester deserve their own special shout out for how respectful and thoughtful they were as our room attendants. Their compassion for us was so evident in how they made up our room and carefully tidied our belongings. The food is spectacular no matter where you eat. Such a variety. The staff always seemed to be having a good time as well. The grounds are well kept and the pools were always clean. The beach was nice and clean and they were constantly cleaning up any seaweed that washed ashore. I can’t wait until our next trip back.

We stayed at Coconut Bay in the south of the island as the second part of our two week trip to St Lucia after visiting the North part of the island. It was a very different experience and was able to see so much of the island.|We had an amazing time but the beach was disappointing, not the iddilic blue sea we were hoping for however the pools made up for it. There was never a problem finding sunbeds apart from the adult area which we found very crowded.|The food was amazing, so much choice and the speciality restaurants made you feel you were eating at a 5 star restaurant. Loved the entertainment evenings especially the Country and Western and Caribbean night. We attended the Rum tasting night, it was so much fun, throughly enjoyed it. |Big shout out to Vernon the poolside water aerobics instructor, he was amazing, looked forward to each morning workout, never experienced anything like it!|The reception staff were so help, especially James! 12 of 10 customer service, I thought I’d lost my phone, he spent an hour helping me to find it.|Most of the staff were very friendly, I did have an incident in the buffet restaurant which I highlighted to the manager who dealt with it very quickly.|The only reason I have rated Coconut Bay 4 stars, the rooms were very tired and needs updating but clean.

We had a wonderful time! Staff was great with Bruce & Max! The occasional rain never spoiled anything! We all had so much fun and definitely learned a thing or two. The fact that it's so close to the airport made things easy as well. Thank you again!

We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for our honeymoon last year and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. From our spectacular room to the service and food, Coconut Bay was the perfect retreat for us after our wedding.

Service: The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed something, someone was there to assist us! Additionally, all the activities we could book and do through the resort were so fun and unique. Personally, we recommend the island tour and the catamaran ride—both were incredible!

Location: there are pros and cons to this. On one hand, it was really nice to be so close to the airport and not have to do the two hour drive necessary to reach the north side of the island. On the other hand, there really isn’t much to do, right outside of the resort. Because of this, it’s easy to feel a little confined to the resort, something I would imagine is a little different if you stay at the north side of the island where the main cities are. For us being on our honeymoon though, we didn’t need to leave the resort much, so this was perfect.

Overall: We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Especially if you’re looking for a more quiet, luxurious experience, Serenity offered everything we wanted and needed to make our special trip one we’ll never forget.

This place is exceptional... A true gem. The service and attitude of all the employees was phenomenal and like no other place we've ever been. For an all inclusive, the food was delicious, never had a bad meal.. never wanted for anything. Although the rooms are slightly dated, they were extremely clean and well appointed. Could not have asked for a better vacation resort

The customer service at Coconut Bay is truly exceptional. Throughout our entire stay, we were looked after with the utmost care and attention. The staff’s dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction.
The food was simply sublime, offering a wide variety of choices that left us spoilt for choice. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, showcasing the best of local and international cuisine.
Entertainment at Coconut Bay is top-notch, with activities and events catering to all ages throughout the day. Whether you’re looking to relax or get involved in the numerous activities, there’s something for everyone. Each bar had a lovely atmosphere, and we were always greeted with a smile.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly our time at Tyrone’s Bar. Words can’t describe how much fun we had there. Tyrone himself is a gem, and his signature drink, the “Tyrone,” is a must-try! It added a special touch to our evenings and quickly became a family favorite.
