Ho soggiornato con le mie 8 amiche, per quattro giorni a luglio, è stato un soggiorno fantastico.
La casa dispone di tutte le comodità, ha proprio tutto, qualsiasi cosa ci servisse la trovavamo!
La camerata molto grande e confortevole, dotata di un balconcino e un piccolo stendino, letti comodi(cosa che al giorno d'oggi non è più facile trovare), lenzuola pulite, ognuna ha avuto il proprio asciugamano pulito e il proprio armadietto; aria condizionata super funzionante.
Cucina spaziosa, dotata di tutte le cose base per cucinare e pulire, inoltre abbiamo inaspettatamente trovato cibo come pasta, fette biscottate, olio ecc.
Bagni puliti, grandi e comodi, l'acqua sempre calda, anche dopo 9 docce.
Posizione eccellente, la via è tranquillissima e silenziosa, vicinissima alla stazione dei treni e dei pullman, letteralmente sotto casa c'è un supermercato, qualche metro più avanti c'è un carinissimo parco, in cui dentro potete trovare un bar che fa una buonissima granita alle mandorle che consiglio. La casa si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal teatro greco, 20 da Ortigia e 30 dal mare, ma il tempo comunque è abbastanza relativo, perché passeggiare a Siracusa è un piacere, è tutta bella.
Angelo gentilissimo, il giorno in cui siamo arrivate ci ha lasciato una mappa e ci ha spiegato cosa vedere.
Prezzi super accessibili.
Insomma soggiorno migliore di questo, a Siracusa non potete trovarlo.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso una notte presso questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo.|La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e fornita a circa 15 min a piedi da Ortigia. Le stanze, i bagni e le aree comuni sono molto curate e pulite, si nota che c’è molta attenzione ai dettagli. Angelo, il proprietario, è molto simpatico ed esige ordine e rispetto da parte dei visitatori, anche se siamo stati poco tempo abbiamo parlato parecchio e ci siamo fatti tante risate. Charming, engaging, familiar hostel, neat and colourful, soothing and comfortable. It is set in an apartment on the first floor of a building near the station, with the apartment entrance located in a beaming white inner courtyard. It is small, most of the day you won’t see anybody around the property, apart from Angelo who’s the keeper. He’s a hard-working man who does everything under his own steam and makes the business run well. He’s friendly, loquacious, informative, which is not easy when you work long hours during hot summers. If you need any advice or guidance he’d be glad to reply promptly to any message, which may be crucial since the reception is not open 24 hours. There is no curfew and no lockout, you can fully experience nightlife, have your own breakfast at midday or stay a few hours in the common room after checking out. The bedrooms are spacious and vibrant, with a winsome design, beds are either double or separate, they all have courtesy lighting and a power socket beside. There are free, large, strong, wooden lockers where to fit two average pieces of luggage and keep safe your precious travel essentials. There is only one shared bathroom and the dorm hasn’t got any en suite, but it is always available, even when the 6 bed dorm is fully booked, only in the early morning you may have to knock on the door. The kitchen is also accessible at any time, it is simple but all main facilities are provided. Just remember to wash your own dishes and keep it clean!

Angelo is an excellent host! He’s fun, helpful and truly cares for his guests.

The hostel is really clean and provides you with anything you need…nice and cozy room, clean bathroom and well-refurbished kitchen.
The feeling you get is the one of a shared flat, where everyone is very respectful of each other’s space and privacy. There is also an AC in the room so it’s a very nice feeling after a day under the sun 🙂

The cozy environment truly made me feel at home from the very first moment!

The location is also very strategic as it is at 3mns walk from the station and bus stop, but also Ortigia is at 10mns walk, so you get to enjoy the city without being overwhelmed by the chaos! The area is also very safe!

10/10…super recommended!

I stayed only 2 nights with 2 friends in this hostel. It was really better than we excepted. Angelo is really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, cosy, we had an amazing bathroom just for us. The kitchen is really clean. The best was the breakfast : we ate like princesses. And the location is really good. Thank you Angelo for everything!

Nous sommes restés deux nuits avec mon compagnon. |L'acceuil est vraiment au top, traitée comme une princesse du début à la fin du séjour. La chambre est très propre et jolie, la salle de bain également. Les petits déjeuners sont bien garnis et le maître des lieux est attentionné| Excellent rapport qualité/prix et très bien situé dans Syracuse. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Great hostel in Syracuse. The hostel is very clean and new. A/C and heater unit available. Lockers available.
The owner is nice and helpful, breakfast served every morning.
5 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk to Ortigia Island. I highly recommend.

I spent 5 days at freedom B&B. I have nothing to complain about the accommodation. I was treated terribly by the owner. He spoke down to me constantly. I was yelled at multiple times for very minor things, like not closing the door fully. (Not the main security door but a door to the hall way) also multiple times for not cleaning the kitchen up after cooking. I don't mean not cleaning dishes, but not sweeping and moping up the ground. I felt the whole time like we were a burden on him well staying there not guests. For how much we spent on this place I think it was insane to be treated so purely. I wouldn't suggest any one to stay here. My stay in siracrusa was extended a few days and I left to stay at a hostel across the street because sleeping in a dorm room was cheaper and better then being yelled at.
