Ho soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Rosamar e la mia esperienza è stata eccezionale. Il personale è davvero bravo e accogliente, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. La loro professionalità e cortesia hanno reso il mio soggiorno molto piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un servizio impeccabile e un ambiente amichevole.

Estuve en el hotel el fin de semana de la Constitución. Hotel Fantástico, la habitación grande, cómoda y bien equipada. Tiene dos espacios uno con la cama y otro una especie de sala de estar donde hay una especie de cocina con lavadero, armarios y una nevera pequeña. El desayuno del bufet también muy completo y con opciones para todos los gustos. La piscina por la fecha no la usé, pero tiene sol suficiente como para poder estar en bañador y camiseta tomando el sol en las tumbonas a pesar de ser diciembre. Algún valiente sí que decidió bañarse.

The check in was fine, as was our room but our positive first impressions soon changed when we went to dinner. We were half board and surprised not to see a drinks list. We like a red wine with our evening meal so asked one of the staff for 2 glasses of red wine and gave our room number as in every other hotel we have been to we put it on the room bill and settle when we leave. The wine was from a tap that all inclusive guests help themselves to but it was ok. Next time we went to the restaurant we were rudely told we hadn't paid for our wine and they didn't allow it to be charged to the room so paid it straight away. At dinner on the 2nd night we ordered another 2 glasses and paid then the manager came to our table and said 'wine is not included' and so it went on every night, we asked one waiter if the manager sent him over and he said yes and applogised which is more than the manager ever did. On the last night we changed tactics, we bought 2 glasses at the bar and asked for a receipt, then when we went into the restaurant I showed the receipt and said to the man behind the desk that we had bought it at the bar and paid for it, no problem he said but before we could even sit down a waitress came to our table and said 'you need to pay for the wine', unbelievable. If you don't mind being treated like a thief then half board is OK, otherwise go all inclusive. Other hotels manage to offer different boards without giving a shambolic dining experience. It's a shame because we liked everything else.

We have just returned from hotel Rosamar. Check in was smooth, had to wait about 10 minutes whilst they worked through the queue but they were efficient. We went up to our room as we were told it was ready, the cleaner was in there still and looked like she had only just gone in. The supervisor went in and we assumed she was telling her off. Couldn't understand what she was saying as it was in Spanish but the raised voice, body language and her stomping off afterwards made us more inclined to make that assumption. The cleaner was very apologetic and was rushing around, we told her not to worry and that it was absolutely fine and we were happy to wait. She finished making the beds, apologised again them left. The floors hadn't been hoovered or mopped as there were still dust, sand and public hair on the floors. She had sprayed the surfaces but didn't wipe them, we wiped them down as we assumed it was because she was rushed by her supervisor. Bar was well stocked and all inclusive drinks were operated by a token system, really good system as it stopped quite a lot of empty cups and glasses being left about by lazy guests. Bar staff could be happier, always seemed to be miserable but aside from that small handful of staff who were happy and smiling (entertainment team mainly), miserable looking staff seemed to be the norm. Pool was freezing and only the brave attempted that. The indoor Turkish bath and spa was lovely, we paid €8 for that and we really enjoyed it. Have to take your own towels in though which wasn't an issue for us. The pool was closed for the last 2 days of our holiday which didn't matter to us as we weren't brave enough to use it but still no notice as to why it was closed. Breakfast and lunch were OK and lots of choice, dinner was not the best but that was more personal preference. Dining room staff were quick at clearing the tables. Food wasn't always that hot, there is a microwave if needs be. We also found that a lot of people didn't queue at the buffet and would just barge in to get what they wanted, regardless if people were stood there or not. On the last morning, we woke up to mosquitos and flying ants in our room. We got home yesterday morning and we've counted over 20 mosquito bites on my husband, all over his back, face and head. We know that the bites aren't the hotels fault but just a warning to anyone going to pack spray to repel insects. For my first stay in benidorm, it was disappointing to say the least. We will be returning to benidorm but definitely wouldn't return to this hotel.

Clean hotel with wonderful staff. Breakfast had loads of choice and for once in a hotel the coffee was decent. Rooms were spotless with kettle and tea coffee sugar and milk. Loads of wardrobe space and hangers. Shower was powerful with loads of clean fresh towels also soap and shower gel and shampoo

Hotel grande, con buenas instalaciones con piscina y con spa. Habitación amplia y cómoda, hemos descansado muy bien. Buen desayuno con tortitas y huevos recién hechos. Con el extra de cargador eléctrico para el coche que buscamos. Muy recomendable.
