Hotel super!
Appena entrati ci ha accolto un ragazzo super gentile e simpatico. Le camere era molto pulite e soprattutto ben organizzate, non mancava nulla.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte per spezzare il viaggio Grand Canyon - Los Angeles, credevamo fosse un piccolo hotel visto il prezzo della camera. In realtà siamo rimasti a bocca aperta, la stanza era un monolocale con cucina, salotto, camera matrimoniale con finestra su una splendida jacuzzi!!!Peccato esserci fermati soltanto una notte, anche perché la città mi sembra molto carina. La stanza era molto pulita e il bagno spazioso!All'interno dell'Hotel c'é inoltre la piscine, un bar/disco sulla terrazza e come in quasi tutti gli hôtel in USA c'è la lavanderia fai da te con asciugatrice e distributore di cibo e bevande! Approvato!!

Direttamente sul London Bridge sul lago Havasu, un buon hotel con enormi suites con idromassaggio forse non modernissime ma sicuramente molto confortevoli. Sosta piacevole tra il Grand Canyon e la California. Prezzo onesto.

ci siamo capitati durante una ricorrenza dei college americani, le camere economiche erano finite quindi ci è stata assegnata una camera più costosa ma SPETTACOLARE.|Due bagni, cucina, balcone, due camere con due queen.. una piazza d’armi, bellissima

Abbiamo fatto tappa qui arrivando dal Gran Canyon ed abbiamo passato una splendida giornata in questo bellissimo hotel dotato di tutti i comfort e con camere grandi come un appartamento, unica nota avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione in alcuni punti soprattutto la piscina

I’m going to start off with the positives the location is great you’re right by the boardwalk where you can walk around and look at stores and restaurants and they have a beautiful pool the kids seem to really enjoy. There is a nice kitchenette.Other than that our stay was like staying at a super eight with resort pricing. The first room we had there’s no insulation so you can hear all the people in the hallway partying and going up and down the hallways till 2am we heard everything in the parking lots ( mind u on the second floor) and people fighting in the parking lot at one and 2 AM . The AC can only go down to 70° which is fine if the temperature control was where the bedroom is but the bedroom isn’t there so it gets super hot in the bedroom. The water was lukewarm. I spoke to the front desk lady in the morning and she gaslights me and told me it was my fault that security hadn’t been called about about any of these complaints because I should’ve called her which again if someone’s walking down the hallway screaming at 2 AM in the morning they have cameras in the hallway. All I wanted was a good nights sleep . Now let’s talk about the cleanliness of the hotel. they did however moved me to another room which was at the end of the hallway which is what I would recommend and I would recommend if you are going to stay there that you get a room facing the lake not the parking lot because you will hear even on the second floor people when pulling in , screaming , fighting in the parking lot it’s kind of like Vegas but you can hear it in your room. I was there for a wedding. I will attach some photos of the mold that was in my room and how dirty it was. I have asthma so that was a concern and also I spoke to the front desk about how the water from my shower is just lukewarm and he said they keep it at a low temperature to save money. I booked a massage for my daughter at 1 PM and at 12 PM they called to cancel that. I will say the front desk people other than the lady who is there on a Saturday who is brunette were very nice the front desk lady who I spoke to about my complaints pretty much told me it was my own fault people like to party. I don’t mind partying I just don’t want to hear it in my room at 2 AM there is no insulation at all in any of these rooms and this is a Resort these are not cheap hotels fees but you were definitely not getting a resort you are getting outs best a best western that sturdy and I read the reviews before I booked and I just don’t know how I could have two rooms that we’re just horrible.

This is a large resort hotel. There are walkways and railings all over the place which creates a rather hemmed in feeling. The large pool is nice and the children were enjoying the splash pool. We tried Martini bar on sight. Service was slow and the food average. The suite we had was comfortable and well equipped but no balcony was a disappointment given the lakeside location.

We stayed there this past weekend and as my 6 year old would say 10,000/10. Seriously, though, this was the best family vacation we have had. Everyone was so nice and it was amazing! The pool was super fun and the location is perfect. We will be back asap!
