Nuovissima struttura accogliente e rifinita in stile minimal chic…
Molto comodo al centro, raggiungibile a piedi immergendosi tra le vie romantiche e barocche, tipiche del posto. Si trova facilmente anche il parcheggio gratuito nella via del B&B!!!
La titolare Stefania, entusiasta del suo “nido”, riesce a trasmetterti la sua passione per l’Ortigia, sapendoti coinvolgere nel suo mood, preferendo genuinità, qualità e freschezza dei prodotti e dei sapori del territorio.
Se ci metti amore in quello che fai…, possono nascere esperienze speciali!!!

Ho prenotato on line, basandomi sulle poche recensioni già presenti e sulle immagini del B&B presenti sul sito. Non ci sono state sorprese anzi, è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza. La zona si trova a pochi minuti dai ponti che portano in Ortigia, ottimo perché è possibile parcheggiare sulla strada senza problemi evitando il traffico del centro; di fronte c’è un garage a pagamento per chi ne avesse la necessità.|La struttura è nuova, sono 3 camere con bagno annesso, una zona living con piccola cucina e uno splendido terrazzo interno dove, nonostante fossimo in novembre, abbiamo sempre fatto colazione. Ristrutturata con gusto, la nostra camera era la più grande, ma Stefania, la proprietaria, ci ha portato nelle altre ed erano comunque comode e spaziose. Ottima disponibilità di cambio biancheria e teli bagno.|Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Stefania, che ci ha servito abbondanti colazioni, ogni giorno con prodotti da forno freschi tipici della zona. A disposizione nel living acqua, una macchina per il caffè in cialde e bustine di the/tisane assortite. L’unico neo non aver trovato una bottiglia di acqua nel frigobar della camera e siamo dovuti ricorrere all’acqua lasciata nel living, ma per fortuna eravamo i soli ospiti, quella sera. Per il resto un’esperienza da ripetere senz’altro.

Stefania was extremely kind and smiling from the start. The new and clean rooms have a designer touch, comfortable beds and pillows, and a soft and warm duvet. Incredibly delicious breakfast, your choice whether to choose the terrace. Free parking on the street below the apartment. Walking distance is about 20-30 minutes to Ortigia and the main square. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy Syracuse. Thank you Stefania see you soon again 🙂

We spent 4 nights here, and it was just perfect. Despite the lack of reviews on this website, we found many on the some of the booking sites which convinced us to stay. Stefania is an exceptional host - warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful! We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning, with a changing selection of pastries and good coffee. The place was beautiful - newly renovated and with beautiful and stylish interior decor. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, and yet an easy 15 minute walk to Ortigia (past lots of good cafes and restaurants) and less than 2 minutes walk to the train and bus stations. We loved it here, and would happily return!

We voelen ons zeer welkom door de super vriendelijke host Stefania. De B&B is stijlvol en comfortabel ingericht op een fijne locatie, op slechts 10 minuten wandelen naar Ortigia. Ik raad deze B&B zeker aan!

Die Gastgeberin Stefania hat hier mit sehr viel Herzblut und stilsicherem Geschmack eine Wohnung mit drei Doppelzimmern in einen wahren Wohlfühlort verwandelt. Super Lage,
einfache Parkplatzsituation vor der Tür, herzliche und persönliche Betreuung durch Stefania. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen eine Buchung direkt bei Stefania.

The hostess is very nice and caring and will share all the things you need to of the city to give you a headstart. The apartment is of walking dinstance towards the centre: you just walk straight ahead. Car can be parked in front for free, but it can be busy at certain times in the street. The hostess served us a very tasty typical Sicillian breakfast which was really great. The room is tidy, clean and has got everything you need from a hotelroom.

Absolute five star review. |Firstly Stefania was a perfect hostess, making us a tasty breakfast with an abundance of whatever you wanted including artisanal pastries and getting to know us in a very warm way. She was helpful whenever we asked any touristy questions, of course, but more than that was delightful company, quite willing to suffer my speaking Italian because she could see that was what I wanted to do on my trip. She bought me an Italian History book as a goodbye present, she really did, perfect for me, I’m an avid reader and language learner.|Secondly, Stefania has just started this boutique hotel, she has put effort and thought into getting it right, and has created a wonderful ultra-modern and modernist space, artfully and tastefully designed, plus a spacious terrace, great showers and firm mattress with set of three rooms in a huge area with 13 ft ceilings so you hear little noise from the adjoining ones. She left food and drink in the large kitchen area for us to use at our leisure without extra charge so with breakfast thrown in and very reasonably priced rooms this was real value for money.|Be advised the location is definitely Siracusa, the real town, not Ortigia the touristy part, it is close to bus and train stations but not right next to them (which would be unpleasant probably) Siracusa is small so this adds only ten or fifteen minutes walking to your general tourist activities in Ortigia and is a definite plus for any trips out of Siracusa (we took three). Siracusa is clean and safe so being close to the station is a plus and as I said you wouldn’t know how close you were because the street the hotel is in is the main road but very very quiet, even sleepy.|You need to climb two large flights of steps to get up to the hotel, there is no elevator and mostly you’ll be walking into Ortigia so take this into account.
