The price is good. Not very clean. The microwave was dirty, the sheets looked dirty Dingy might want to use bleach. Shower floor was dirty. walls needed to be wiped down. If they would do a better job at cleaning the rooms would nice. Because it's newly remodeled it looks like. And. Then be prepared for a white lady pounding on your door 15min before check out threatening you with the cops if your not out.

Do not stay here! They have bed bugs i got bite UP!! They have roaches bad too.. The people are cool. The neighborhood is bad overpricing for rooms no house keeping and was told by a house keeper i have go throw my own trash away.. No room phones in rooms either! Never clean the rooms. And their were bums sleeping outside of hotel . DON'T DO IT

Rooms are clean considering the room is being updated. The owner/operators are very pleasant and very helpful. In my opinion if you go that extra mile, 99% of the time people will go out of their way to help you. I enjoyed my stay. Yes I would return.

If I could give half a star I would say 31/2 due to cleanliness, lack of some, but not all amenities. But over all convenient & and pretty quiet. Close to the freeway and plenty good places to get the munchies out the way in the area.

I was excited at first because of the remodeling and new renovations but that soon faded as the rodentsscampered throughout the walls at night. They left poop on the floor and on the bedside table. The room in all completely grossed me out and the smell . OMG the bathroom started to smell like a petting zoo ..
It's extremely overpriced. Along with all the other shacks on Ft.Worth Ave. My husband witnessed a guy looking through the back of his pick up truck. That's to be expected in that area though. Bottom line, dirty, smelly and way overpriced. Two thumbs down

It was the worst year and a half of my life. My skin was so messed up from being bitten by bed bugs and roaches. The rooms were a mess. They barely wanted to fix anything but steady taking your money.

In the FIRST PLACE this 1 star is far too kind for them. They don't deserve even a half star. Now with that out of the way let me tell you I haven't even stayed with them & they have me pissed off. About 3 weeks ago I called to request pricing info. I was not given an answer to my question. Instead the woman (anything but a lady with her pissy little attitude) hung up the phone in my face. I called back and a man answered the phone. After I told him I wanted pricing info but that she hung up the phone in my face, he broke into yelling "NO! NO! NO!" Then he hangs up the phone in my face. Now I call them every so often and hang up the phone in their faces. I'm going to teach them a lesson about how inappropriate that is. I'm not going to stop doing it anytime soon.
