Tutto abbastanza trasandato e, a tratti, non particolarmente pulito. La cucina piccola e poco attrezzata (mancava anche il tostapane). La piscina più bella in foto che dal vero. Ottimo l'accesso al mare e molto cordiale il servizio.

This place is disgusting. I was excited because I booked a regular room and they upgraded me to a condo. What a terrible mistake. There were ants all over the kitchen and they were coming from a locked cabinet that we do not have access to in the kitchen. Apparently the staff does not have a key either. While I understand that ants are not entirely their fault, the way it was handled was poor. I called room service and it took them 2 1/2 hours to get someone up to look at it. What a waste of my time because by the next morning they were back. And there were hundreds of them. When I called the front desk she said “I tried to compensate you yesterday” by giving me $60 in room credits. Well the $60 in room credits doesn’t make up for the hundreds of dollars I had to spend eating out because we could use the kitchen. I have 3 kids including a baby, so going out to eat isn’t exactly convenient for every meal. I can’t imagine what it’s like when it’s the busy season here.

We literally had the best time. We LOVE staying at Princess Royale and have been for years. The staff is very outgoing, everyone always says hello, and the hotel front desk staff was so helpful! We LOVE the pool, we didn’t get in this time, but we enjoyed sitting around and relaxing. Always super clean. We stayed in a newly renovated room this time as well and it was so nice, the new look is fantastic. We also love the location since it’s pretty central to uptown and downtown. I’m always raving about here to my friends, best place to stay in Ocean City! Royale Roasters is also fantastic, nice to be able to grab coffee without leaving and having to drive anywhere. Thank you again for an amazing stay- we are looking forward to coming back this winter for another stay-cation. Our daughter loves it here! Pictures are posted with this review- I believe it’s the 2 bedroom Ocean Front Suite with corner balcony— beautiful ? and so spacious!

The Princess Royale is our favorite place to stay when we go to Ocean City Md. The staff is terrific. From the moment we walked into the Princess we felt like we were at home. We were created with hello, welcome, nice to see you and we hope you enjoy your stay. The bell hop was very friendly and had us laughing all|The way to our room. Everything was so clean in our hotel room and the view of the ocean with amazing . I am telling you, I have never been in a hotel where everyone says hello. The food .. where do I begin. You have to go to the Current. Beautiful view g the ocean , terrific food, friendly staff and they have music. It’s also nice to stay in a hotel that has a salon. Sometimes you just need to pamper yourself. Can’t wait to return to this family friendly hotel . The jet tub even looks like it’s smiling. Definitely a top notch hotel

Sitting pretty at 91st Street, it's the Goldilocks spot of Ocean City - just right. Far enough from the boardwalk chaos to actually hear the waves, close enough to hit the action when you want. It's like your aunt's beach condo got a moderate update in 2015. ||||Oceanfront suites rock killer views and kitchenettes (hello, midnight snacks). Standard rooms are... well, standard. Clean? Yes. Instagram-worthy? Maybe with good filters. ||||You're paying for location more than luxury here. That said, the indoor pool complex is surprisingly decent - think "tropical paradise meets community center" vibes. All in all definitely worth it!

Attended a special event held at the Princess Royale. Clean rooms, with a sitting area separate from the bedrooms. Living room has a sleeper sofa in addition to two queen size beds. Kitchen had microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware for four and a table for two. Free WI-FI and cable TV. Staff very friendly. It was a catered event and the food was good. Parking is a little tight, but adequate. Not the best view from our room but a small balcony was attached. Indoor pool, hot tub and restaurant located inside resort. Unfortunately not the quietest but understandable as the resort is kid friendly.

If you're looking for excellent customer service, you don't have to look any more! The Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort is where you want to stay. Everyone from management to the staff was helpful, kind and responsive. The location was perfect, close enough to everything in OC but just far enough that you felt like you had your own private resort. We stayed on a busy sold out weekend and still received excellent customer service. My only disappointment was we couldn't take advantage of the spa because they were sold out! The cleanliness was noticeable throughout from the room, halls, pool, and restaurants! Their attention to the smallest details was impeccable. Thank you to everyone who made our weekend unforgettable! Shout-out to Tood! You're the best!

Overall, we had a great experience. We decided to go to ocean city for 2 nights on Wednesday morning. We called and got an oceanfront room. By the time we got there Wednesday evening, it was dark. We got a “recently remodeled” room. It was nice, but seemed like it was remodeled a few years ago. Thursday morning, we had a beautiful view for the sunrise, but by noon, a canopy had been put up in the back for events and it completely blocked our view. We called the front desk to see how long it would be up, and it was going to be up through the weekend. The manager, Courtney, was very nice and accommodating and moved us up several floors to an upgraded room. We a had an amazing view for the rest of our stay! Would definitely recommend!
