It’s been a week since our magical wedding at Resort Rio and we can’t thank the team enough. From the beautiful rooms, to the exceptional food, our guests have nothing but positive words to say about the resort. All the staff worked tirelessly to make sure all our requirements were met and to make sure all events ran smoothly. We stay in luxury room the room is truly beautiful well designed with surrounding beautiful garden with good hospitality the hotel is located at a great location and has an amazing with great swimming pool food is excellent and staff is very warm and jolly specially Mr Ramchandra he given us good service and also special thanks to the housekeeping manager mr vaman for his support |I would highly recommend the hotel we were visiting for a long time and always come back with our Royal Enfield team

We attended a marriage on a November weekend.the rooms are fantastic the size is good and the amenities are great.The view from the room was really nice.|The outside is well maintained |The only snag is Baga beach is quite far but there are lot of options just outside hotel to rent 4 or 2 wheelers

Rooms are pretty clean and food quality is good . Enjoyed the property and ultra luxury room was perfect . Just need to add full mirror in room that’s wot I thought it should be taken care . Otherwise everything is good , clean and neat . Staffs are very polite and calm and most importantly always smiling . …..|Thanks Vishal for ur service

It was good stay for business conference. Some hassles were there during check in but resolved. Food was good but space was less. House keeping was good and team were giving response fast. Perticularly Vaishav and Arbaz. Location was some what inside.

Excellent service from the Reception staffs, Very courteous restaurant staffs. All special requests was very well attended and taken care. Food was the best I have had compared to other premium resorts.|Room cleaning was as expected & well attended to the needs.||Thank you Team.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Rio. It's a fantastic place to stay with the best rooms and excellent hygiene. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive.

However, I was disappointed with the spa services. The spa manager was unhelpful and uninterested in addressing queries. Additionally, the masseuse lacked skills and cut the massage short.
I wouldn't recommend spending money on the spa.

Overall, a great stay, but the spa needs significant improvement.
