We have lived here for over a year. We find the guards friendly and they definitely do their job checking people in who are Not residents and check people at the pool. I have never found the pool to be over crowded! The grounds are well maintained except for some areas by garages and front doors. Everyone I’ve meet here are very friendly and helpful! It is a very quiet place to live! Close to restaurants and stores. Love it here at Resort Villas!

Guards don't bother to check ID's, they hand anyone a pass. There was a big commotion waking up all the neighbors at 3 AM. Neighbors heard banging like a break in. Some intoxicated woman was trying to kick in a door with her heels. She's screaming, "I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE!" Everybody brings a ton of guests to the pool so you can't even use it. They should start charging for plus one so the residents paying the HOA fee can use the pool. My friend lives here and she can't even use the pool when she wants. She needs to voice her opinion at the meetings but she won't. She's keeps to herself and wants to enjoy her retirement but can't...

Great place to live that's what my friend said she lives there the only thing you got to watch for is not having a permit to park there they will tow your car away.
