Jonathan, Lee and Owen were the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. My daughters and I came in late from Busch Gardens to be pleasantly surprised about the Resort. Everything was so nice and lots of space. Lovely pool and Bar area. The room itself was immaculate and clean, absolutely anything we needed they were all on top of it. The beds were really comfy pillows amazing, towels right at the door was a nice touch! |They helped me out with a late check in. It was so easy and a late check out at the end. Very accommodating in every way!! Everything is close by. This place is a hidden gem! I almost didn’t want to write this review! Rather keep it all to myself. ? but, go and enjoy if you’re thinking about it. We celebrated my daughters Sweet 16 there & it was more than I hoped for! Absolutely AMAZING!!

This place was fantastic! Owen was at the front desk and he was awesome! The a/c in the room was excellent for the hot Florida weather. Pool area was clean & comfortable. The beach, restaurants and shops are walkable. I booked through a third party and didn't know what to expect but I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience.

We stayed 3 nights here. Our room was right by the pool and it was extremely clean and very convenient with kids. Loved hearing the live band and being able to eat at the food truck that's part of the resort. Property manager Lee J was involved with all his guest at this resort. He was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Easy access to the beach and trolleys. Can't wait to come back.

Had an amazing stay!!! |Such a beautiful property and such nice people that work there!! The pool and hot tub is great ! So pretty! You can walk tk everything!! Bars &restaurants !|Ben and art were the main tan r men on property that we saw and talked to everyday they couldn’t have been more nice and accommodating for us!! And Lee the manager what a kind sole! Eveyone is just so kind and laid back and helpful ! |We can’t wait to come back!!

This used to be my favorite beach resort on Siesta to sneak into, act like I’m a guest, and practice “the real grey man theory”… I used to meet girls at beach club and bring them here to the pool early hours of the morning in my wine, women, and song days… now I just buy a bottle and hum a little… Unfortunately, this is not a very nice place for a sober man... so I don't go anymore. It's pretty run down and way overpriced. Lot's of better options on the key for a paying customer.

This was an amazing experience. The room was amazing. The service was amazing. The amenities were amazing. The staff was super friendly like on a Disney Cast Member level. Prime location and affordable. Steps away from the beach and village. The only negatives were the bicycles could use some work and the music at the pool was horrible and would be better if they played more laid back chill music. That being said, this was my favorite vacation we've ever taken and highly recommend choosing this resort.

This is a cute little boutique motel in the heart of Siesta Key. It is clean, well kept, and has an attentive staff. You can not beat the proximity to the beach and the main street with all of the action in town. I appreciated the free use of the beach wagon/chairs, and bikes and the pool is adorable and also well maintained. Had great experiences at the Tiki Grill and the food was amazing and consistent. My only feedback is that our room, especially the bathroom, was dated and worn out. Please note that there are only 10 renovated rooms out of the 55 and it appears to be pure luck if you can even score one, as there is no way to guarantee or secure it. If you happen to be one of the lucky ones to get a renovated room, there is an upcharge. I was told the entire renovation is due to be complete in the next year or 2. I will likely return, but may wait until I can guarantee an updated bathroom. Overall, it is a cute, clean, and helpful place, just in need of some additional updating.
