I honestly don’t understand why this hotel gets such better views the service honestly one of the best I called they know my last name they treat me very well. I need a golf cart. It’s here within two minutes seriously this is a great hotel the service is exquisite and everything about this hotel is good. It has nice facilities. It has a nice Jacuzzi. That’s not crowded and the rooms are fairly spacious. If you get a nice one, I definitely recommend coming here but in the morning there was a little little bit of noise

My husband and I got married in SF and wanted a quick getaway to relax after our wedding. Silverado Resort was absolutely perfect. We arrived earlier than expected and they helped us get checked in and set up. The resort is huge and they have shuttles to help you get around as needed. ||We spent the day relaxing at the spa and we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and restful time. The sauna, steam room, hot tub, and pool were perfect (the tea station was also a nice touch)! ||We had dinner at the Grill - the food was delicious (get the raspberry chocolate torte!)||Overall, Silverado Resort was the perfect getaway for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even sent us some champagne to celebrate our wedding. Could not recommend it more!

I never write reviews, but after the dinner my family and I had, it would be a disservice not to.|My parents were in town visiting, and decided to stay at the Silverado Resort, per recommendation from their friends. |My husband and I met them for dinner at the Mansion bar. We were promptly greeted and seated. My mom and I ordered a cocktail that Lala recommended. It was so good we both had to order a second one, and I have still been dreaming of it ever since. I can’t remember what it was called, but I will definitely be going back and hopefully Lala is there to make it for us again. She also recommended the smash burger, which was absolutely delicious. I was so full I couldn’t finish it, but my husband devoured the few bites I had left. |We left full and happy. The property was beautiful and the staff was so pleasant, we debated getting a room, even though we live nearby. We will be booking for a staycation, or at the very least, be back for that cocktail.

Beautiful resort with great amenities for tennis and swimming. On-site Grille restaurant and pizza at The Market offered delicious food. The only issue was with the water pressure in one of the cottages (poor pressure overall in shower). The front desk manager was helpful in addressing our concerns at checkout. Will return again.

We had a great time there.
They have 2 big pools, the pool near the residence area is not crowded at all.
We booked a golf lesson, coach Devon is fantastic and professional.
Plenty of tennis courts, you don’t need reservations and can always find one.

The hotel grounds were nice, and the room was quiet and clean. The toilet in our room stopped flushing the first night, and after having the plumber out twice even he said the toilet was “weird”. I was surprised how much I had to beg to switch rooms, they kept saying that they could keep sending the plumber out. At this price point I shouldn’t have to have a plumber come out every 6 hours and it shouldn’t have been so difficult to be re located into a functioning room. The new room was fine, but the experience ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing romantic first day in Napa.

I stayed here for a company event / conference and loved it! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, food was delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful. Just want to also shoutout Jordan who works at the front who truly made my (and many other attendees) stay extra nice - he’s so positive, genuine and went out of his way to help in any way and make our stays extra enjoyable❤️. Would definitely stay again?

The room(s) should be updated. Small living area with huge chairs for the heavy table
Great magnifier mirror in the roomy bathroom. Undecorated bedroom & living room. Kitchenette has very nice cookware.
