Beautiful resort village. We wanted to ride their Gondola, but it was closed due to wind that day. So we could only use the lift ride. It was still fun. We went on October mid. I would love to see more food joints open of day time, as must restaurants were very busy. And there were only a few brunch places.

This cute resort had such a fun gondola ride, the staff working that were kind, considerate and caring. It was well worth the day trip! There was a bar there that had maple creamy ice cream and that was very unpleasant. We went in to get some and the staff were quite annoyed and ignored us. They told us they were trying to "keep up" mind you there were 5 guests in the restaurant.

If you are coming from NY, head to the sugar shack instead for maple creamy ice cream.

Great getaway for my 55th. Me and my wife went to the resort, off-season, and we had a blast. Sunrises and sunsets. Driving a UTV up the mountain trails was amazing. Visited local eateries and shopped locally and we loved everything. We are definitely going back during peak season for the full experience. The tram up and down the mountain, the views.....I could go on and on.

I love Stratton mountain! Is, for me, one of the best places for skiing in Vermont! The trails are wild open and the grooming is impeccable!!

Lots of layers in this review. Area is good. We went in September, an off season so they were not busy. We still were neglected as far as service. The skillet was very good. The eggs were good. Potatoes, okay. Sour dough bread, okay. Bacon, mediocre at best. $10 for two coffees that the server never bother to check to see if refills were needed... not ok as they were not at all busy. Server had to recheck multiple time as to whether we had wanted bacon, creamers, which bread. We gave our order clearly at the onset. So, we had much better service at the eateries. With their prices being at a high point, the delivery should have been much better. We don't mind paying more but the eatery needs to back up the escalated prices and this one did not. the people in our party weighed the pros and cons...we will not return to this establishment. Only the skillet got a very good rate although the bread option for that person did not.

Went to the 4th of July celebration. We ate at Mulligans, the food was excellent. We played in the playground with the kids. We listened to a band, had cotton candy and the children had their face painted. It was so fun to be at the mountain.

This review is just regarding MTB riding.
My husband and I decided to check this downhill park out as we were very impressed with the you tube videos of the trails. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Most of the blue trails on the east side were closed, only one was open, Bermie Sanders. The trails on the west side were confusing to try and hop on a blue trail. There was no fluidity at all and lacked good signage. Worse thing was, ending up on a blue trail that shot you out down the road from the mountain and you have to walk back up to the lift on the sidewalk, up a hill through the condo area and back down to the lift with your bike. The entire trail is marked as Loam Shark, a blue trail which shows you ending up at the lift, however, it is not marked that the bottom part is not a trail at all but an uphill walk. Also, to get to the lift from the parking lot, you have to ride up the road to the village, walk through the village, then chug your bike up two sets of stairs. This park has so much potential, but there’s a lot to do. Maybe we’ll come back again when they sort themselves out. We left after riding 3 trails.

Came in the summer for the bike park. Love the 2 speed lift that fits 4 riders. The runs are short, but pretty good. Staff are friendly, resort seems nice
