Jason on the night shift was an absolute gem trying to assist me with a payment issue. My room was nice, I stayed in 205 which had a door that went to the outside. Lovely layout. Kind of small bathroom, and there were a few minor fixes that were needed (broken tiles in the bathroom, white patch job on the ceiling), but overall I love coming here for a work conference every year. We always have an amazing time!

The owner of the gift shop was so kind. She was very helpful letting us know all about the local artist and artist from other states. We spent an afternoon walking and looking at all the artwork and all the merchandise. It was a great experience and a lovely day.

I saw several recent negative reviews, but my family and I had a great experience here! The weekend we visited was technically “off” season but everything was open. There are party pools and what seems to be more of a mellow pool. Fun sandbox, bowling, and arcade for kids. My daughter said the breakfast buffet was the best she’d ever had. The room & bathroom were clean enough that I was comfortable giving my kids a bath. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely make this an annual trip!

Stayed on a weekend that wasn't busy. Staff was great especially the activities director. Pool water was cold but understandable. If they turned off waterfall might not have been as cold. New area around Landshark restaurant very nice. Took awhile how to get around. Underground parking nice but my regular 1/2 ton truck was too tall.

This is our LAST TIME! |We’ve been here 5 times including this time. THIS IS THE LAST TIME!! Ice machines on first 2 floors Didn’t work. ||Our room was $375 dollars on the first floor with lake view. What we always get. The purpose of going there is to relax and not have to leave. The only places to eat were a reservations or pizza So we left to go eat. When we opened the door it had a strong musky smell! The tub had mold. Cracks in the walls. Fitted sheet didn’t even fit the bed. Every time the air conditioner came on my husband and I would start coughing. I woke up with headache and sore throat. |The small patio with the lake view we couldn’t even see the lake view. The balcony above our patio the concretes |Deteriorating air conditioner drip-page from above was dripping and puddling up and dripping on us. Couldn’t use it at all! NO VIEW, had to leave for dinner, unaware of reservations. Went to have a drink at Bar and Grill weren’t very unfriendly. The only people that were friendly were at check in and out.

This is the first time I've stayed here after they joined the Margaritaville family. It's the same building but with a new and fun vibe. All clean decor and updated facilities make it visually appealing. Abby did a great job checking me in after I made a mistake in my online booking. She sorted it out for me and was great to work with.

The rooms are nice. Very large and clean. The service ding was for the TV remote not working, just the top 2 rows of buttons, like power and such....went to the desk and they said it was supposed to be that way....they were having service provider issues....

I have stayed with another Margaritaville property before and was pleased with the experience, but this one was not a pleasant one.||The room is quite old and needs a good update. ||When I reserved the room, I booked the room with two breakfasts. At check-in, I inquired about it but was told by the check in staff that they don't "think so" and no breakfast information was provided. My check out invoice clearly stated that it was stay WITH breakfast. After the stay, I received a feedback survey from the property in which I mentioned this issue. No one ever responded to my concerns!!||Will not stay there again.
