Gli appartamenti sono fronte mare e pieno centro paese, ho parcheggiato l'auto appena sono arrivato e l'ho ripresa per ripartire. A piedi è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto del borgo di Castel di Tusa dai ristoranti al suoermercato, alla stazione , ai punti panoramici. Ma non è solo la posizione a dare valore a questi alloggi, in quanto oltre ad essere nuovi, moderni e ben curati sono dotati di tutti i comfort: zanzariere su tutte le finestre, elettrodomestici di ultima generazione, macchina del caffè, smart TV con Netflix/Prime. Una bella esperienza per un soggiorno comodo e tranquillo nel piccolo ma sereno paesino di Castel di Tusa.

Идеальное место для спокойного отдыха.
Мы были в конце сентября.
Очень чистые и уютные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Удобная кровать. 2 санузла.
Отличное месторасположение - прямо напротив пляжа, вид из окон на море. Рядом супермаркет и вокзал. Шум поездов совершено не мешает.

First of all and most importantly, Mariella is the perfect host, always ready to help and support, and she knows how my wife and I are so grateful. Thank you from our heart. A person like you is very rare to get to know in this type of environment.

Tusa Bay is the perfect place to relax with beach (flat has an available sun umbrella) access in less than one minute walk, just across the street.

Friendly neighbourhood, typical one where everyone know each other and you are in a safe and secure protected place.

Start the day by taking your breakfast outside on the balcony buying your bread (Panini) at the mini supermarket, just 30 metres walk in the direction of the train station. Listening to the waves relaxes you for the upcoming day.

Go to the beach or visit the village, the latter in less than 10 mins walk.

There are several restaurant options but if you prefer to cook yourself, the flat has all needed appliances and cutlery to tackle your needs. There is a bigger supermarket near the train station but any fruit or vegetables need to be acquired from the van seller, from 6 pm onwards, since there are none on the ARD supermarket. The van seller will also be traveling throughout the village in different locations and timestamps, be aware of it.

BTW, great frozen lasagna there!

At night an ice-cream van will be doing the rounds too, for the delight of children and mainly the grown ups.

The bedroom is all you need for a good night sleep, good maitraisse King size), good pillows. All clean and fresh. In the back of the building, the trains can be heard but nothing severe, it won't bother your sleep at all, even if you go to bed before 10 pm.

All windows have mosquito net but take your Raid mosquito diffuser if you want extra protection. Eventually you will get bitten, you can't fight them...lol Our case was the majority of the cases whilst on the beach.

Kitchen, room and living room (which gives access to the balcony, and this one has two coaches) all have a split air conditioning system. You won't suffer with Sicily hot weather, I can guarantee you that.

If you need to wash your clothes there is a washing machine available. Drying outside is quick.

Two bathrooms available, each one with a shower. Good water pressure, hot water. Hair drier available too.

No complaints, all perfect.

Staying in this charming house was everything that we wished for our stay in Sicily. Cute and calm little town, with soul and a good hearted people. The house is just perfect, totally renovated, when I saw the ˝toilet paper detail˝ like I did not even in some 5* luxury hotels, I knew we are in a right place. Nicely decorated, very clean, beach is in front, you can hear, see and smell the ocean all the time. Mariella is a perfect host, she provided us with all information needed and her good vibe made us feel very welcome and at home. If you are traveling by car, there are plenty of parking spaces, if not, train station is very close to the house and with good connections.
We should not forget to mention granita guy, he makes staying really magical when happily driving through the streets and offering a granita and gelato 🙂
Two things we would add to the house, just for the upgrade; some deck chair and a parasol, since there is no shade on the beach. And some better mattress. We were absolutely charmed and already miss the place!
