Hier buchen wir wieder. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Bett war bequem, wir hatten 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Trockner und Waschmaschine waren auch vorhanden. Die Poolanlage war das beste für die Kinder, sie hatten viel Spaß. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt hier.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have stayed here several times, always in the same unit, this year thank you to Diego at the front desk. The grounds are beautiful and serene. There are many activities. I am disabled, currently in a wheelchair, so I couldn't participate. Much laughter filled the air. Definitely a great place to stay.?

o resort era maravilhoso, com piscina (apesar de não termos ido nela), e mais varias outras coisas, tem vaga de estacionamento que não é demarcada então é ótimo porque pode parar perto do elevador e fica mais facil de descer as compras.
o quarto gigante, com cozinha, uma suite, sacada, e um quarto com banheiro a parte! tudo que o resort prometeu ter estava funcionando perfeitamente, fogão, lava louças, ferro de passar roupa, maquina lava e seca para roupas, secador de cabelo e tudo mais.
dei 4 estrelas para o atendimento pois na chegada não fui muito bem atendida, porém quando fui no segundo dia me atenderam perfeitamente.
a localização é incrível, tudo perto de lá, porém é bom pegar um carro porque mesmo que seja relativamente perto continua sendo tudo longe para ir a pé.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room and resort grounds were clean and well-kept. The beds were comfy, and it is always nice to have a full kitchen and laundry, too. It was close to Universal, shopping and only 30min from Disney. There were lots of activities available each day, pools, and more amenities on-site. You can purchase discounted theme park tickets at the front desk, too. No hidden resort fees, either. The buildings have elevators for those who have trouble with stairs. Highly recommend! Oh, they do not have smart tv or dvd player, so bring an hdmi cable and phone adapter if you want to watch streaming services. TV does have cable and HBO.

I stayed for one week. Check-in was fast and easy. Security was observed and propped. The 2 bedroom villa N-310 was immaculate and updated. The employees from maintenance to management smiled waved and were respectful. I vacation 4-6 times a year and you don't want to pass this one by.

This is the third Westgate I’ve stayed at in Orlando and they never disappoint!! This condo style hotel room was extremely updated, cozy, and clean. When it comes to vacationing in Orlando I will never pass up the opportunity to stay at a Westgate.

My bf and I recently stayed here to celebrate my birthday in Orlando. After looking at several other places to stay at, I’m glad we ultimately decided to stay at Westgate leisure resort. Diego greeted us when we checked in and he was super friendly and made the check in process a breeze, he also put us in the most perfect room. During our stay, the grounds were quiet and peaceful, beautiful landscaping as well.

We did have an issue using the room service, which is a third party called “order inn”. We ordered over $100 worth of food, and we never received it. After calling numerous times, they told us the food was delivered to the lobby, which wasn’t true since the lobby was closed and we even walked there to see. I do not recommend ordering from order inn, it’s easier to just use Uber eats.

With that being said, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen is great. The only issue I had was that the lamps and nightstands next to the bed, were very dusty, other then that we really enjoyed our stay and next time we are in Orlando we will stay here again.

We got a one bedroom suite and the second night we had a roach in one of the bathrooms. The other bathroom was crawling with ants. Looks renovated but the room was infested with bugs. The dryer vent was full of lint and the washer was DIRTY. Do not stay here, unless you want bugs crawling up your legs.
