Soggiornato dal 15/9 al 2/10/19. Camere spaziose ( alloggetto di 65 mq) con doppi servizi e cucina bene attrezzata. Bella la piscina. Interni e camere molto puliti e silenziosi. Consigliabilissimo. Il prezzo è giusto. Vicino c'e un supermercato fornitissimo.

Siamo arrivati e ci sono stati problemi con la prenotazione non trovavano il nome e altre cose. La stanza non corrispondeva a quella prenotata poiché situata al 3o piano nonostante fosse stato richiesto un attico. Poi i consierge hanno iniziato a proporre eventi e pacchetti a cui non si era interessati. Nonostante il primo rifiuto hanno continuato a non staccarsi e riempirmi di depliant. Il resto stanza pulita e accogliente. La miglior cosa è la zona con piscine che con il caldo di questa città è un toccasana.

We were visiting friends that are members. We reviewed the website for amenities and one of the things that interested our family was the pool. Stated as two large pools, heated to 85 degrees. Before going down we called the front to confirm they had pool towels available which they did, the clerk also stated 85 degrees for the pool. Once we got there, the larger pool by the cantina was roped off and closed. We went to the other pool with the water slides of which only one of them was working. Kids jumped in the pool and immediately jumped back out. I got in and understand why. The pool was not heated at all!! I asked one of the lifeguards about the temperature and he just sat there as if I wasn't speaking English to him. During our time at the pool several hosts were walking by with potential new members and I tried to get their attention as well, they just continued walking. We were very disappointed in the Cancun for this reason. We may visit again sometime but not right away.

This place was beautiful, the rooms are like being at home. Except much better and I think the room was bigger than were I live. The staff were fantastic. The hole vacation was just amazing. We have never been to Vegas. But this hotel was like a get away from all the craziness of Vegas. We will definitely be coming back, and this is exactly were we will stay. This really is a great place for kids and adults. The pool and water slides, I can't say enough about how nice it was.

Listen when people say this hotel is bad.

First I love the pool but wish the whole pool was open more. Food is great and the staff were so nice serving the food.
You want to give the staff a tip but it’s already included in your bill like 18% on top of your bill you don’t have a choice. The rooms are great but when asked to clean the blood I found in my room no one came and I told the front desk twice. It’s our honeymoon and the staff was not very helpful we felt insulted and not listened to by the staff.Michaela and I will never come back here. Don’t waste your time stay at another hotel I bet you will be treated better . Can’t wait to leave
