The Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort was great the grounds and room were fantastic there were lemon trees outside our patio,which Bruce from engineering said we could pick. We went to the Greatfruit Basil Resturaunt they had indoor and outdoor seating around the firepits Trevor, Bryan & Valentina were very knowledgeable and helped us with suggestions to make our meals some of the best we have had in a while. We also meet Cortland and talked about the property's history. All the employees were very pleasen and helpfully during our stay.

This is the dinner you’ve been craving. Chef Matt Resler at Grapefruit Basil in the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort Indian Wells delivers fresh, perfectly sauced dishes that will leave you satisfied. With Sous Chef Adeline and a talented, cohesive team, the experience is exceptional.||Over two nights, we enjoyed flawless meals thanks to Chef Matt’s leadership. Highlights included the Spaghetti Squash with complex herbs and a delicious broth, and the Cioppino, a seafood medley in a perfectly balanced tomato-based sauce. The Poke Bowl, Halibut, and Crab Cake were also standouts.||Having dined at top restaurants in New York, Paris, and Scandinavia, I can confidently say Chef Matt transforms premium ingredients into memorable dishes. Thoughtful service, exquisite food, and a welcoming atmosphere make this a dining experience to savor.

AMAZING resort! We had the best service and an even better atmosphere! All staff was very friendly and accommodating to needs, the bar was fund and drinks were delicious, the outdoor spaces at night cannot be matched, and the events that the resort has planned were all fun. Would stay here again.

Great spot on a large, well laid out plot. The bldg we stayed in (14) did have an elevator, and while the walls were a little thin, it was perfectly reasonable. I’d rate the compound higher than the room itself: 5 for the spa and its facilities, 5 for the evening vibe (olive trees, fire pits, music) and 5 for the restaurant.

I was lucky enough to visit Tommy Bahama Miramonte on business this past week, and I had a fantastic stay. The service was top notch from start to finish, and all team members from valet, front desk, Chiki Palm, and banquets provided a warm and friendly welcome and were receptive to our needs. Although I was travelling on business, the resort gave a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be sure to return for leisure sometime soon!

Believe the negative reviews regarding service. They are real. The grounds are great. The rooms are so so. The restaurant staff and the hotel staff are generally incompetent. Last night, I spent 45 minutes trying to reach the front desk by the hotel phone and by dialing directly via cell phone. When they finally answered, they told me that I was the one who was mistaken and didn’t dial the right number! That their phone ”didn’t light up at all” and do they definitely didn’t miss any calls. Really? There is a “front desk” label on the phone button. And then when we had dinner I asked for a candle for a birthday at the table. The server said “absolutely and we’ll make that dissent on the house”. So what happened when the birthday girl got her dessert? No candle and then the waiter brought her the check with the dessert charge, even though I asked for it to be delivered to me directly.

Figure it out. It’s simple. Service above all else. It’ll make up for the deficiencies. What was their solution? They gave us 20% off of breakfast and then they sent bedding to our room at 11am the next day.

Amazing stay with even better food and service! The experience was absolutely outstanding, from the warm hospitality to the delicious meals. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making it truly unforgettable. I would undoubtedly stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was our 1st time to the Palm Springs area. It was a really nice experience. It was still late summer, so the afternoons were hot, but everything else was fine. The resort was a great value for the amenities. The rooms were modern and spacious. The restaurant had great service and good food. Additionally, the resort staff was very nice and accommodating.
